Clearly the crew of Erma's starship is stirring the pot in the local nets, exposing the fraudulent practices and inciting awareness of what is happening to the local population. The government scrambles to maintain face as it tries to either bury the files in denial or come clean with damage control. With each panel the situation changes polarity. Teka comes from a powerfully rich family with influences and a web of connections. It doesn't do to lock up their daughter, even if she happens to be a clone daughter of Erma Felna.
