What is it about plan s and first contact with the enemy???? Optimistic the colonel is, ain't he??? IIRC, Ipcha becomes a somewhat pivotal character in the future. and future plans not withstanding, Ipcha will still be a very junior, and green, Lt, after OTS. WCJ
